(2) LICENSE TO USE THE SITE

We do not control third-party links or content and are not responsible for their accuracy or liability arising from your use or reliance on them.

(8) RESTRICTED AREAS

Password-protected areas require registration. You must maintain password confidentiality and notify us of unauthorized use or breaches immediately.

(9) SUBMISSIONS

You are responsible for content you post. We do not control third-party content accuracy and quality and disclaim related liability.

You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any submissions you provide without further compensation or acknowledgment. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

You may not use the Site for unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or invasive purposes, or to transmit harmful materials.

We may freely use feedback you provide without compensation or acknowledgment.

We connect potential customers with solar service providers but do not guarantee transaction quality, safety, or legality. Information provided on the Site is not professional advice and may not suit your specific circumstances. Always seek professional advice.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee content accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

(13) USERS UNDER AGE 18

Individuals under 18 must not submit personal information. We will remove such information if notified by a parent or guardian.

(14) SECURITY

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Data transmission is at your own risk.

(15) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site. Maximum total liability for any claim is $100.

(16) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Coast to Coast Solar LLC against claims arising from your Site use or breach of these Terms.

(17) CHOICE OF LAW & LEGAL FORUM

California law governs these Terms, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be heard in California state or federal courts.

(18) ARBITRATION

Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Arbitration hearings will be conducted by phone or, if requested, in your county of residence. You waive class action rights.

To initiate arbitration, send a Demand for Arbitration to Coast to Coast Solar LLC via [email protected]. We will pay the initial arbitration filing fee.

(19) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement regarding Site use, superseding previous agreements.

(20) UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update the Site and Terms periodically. Check regularly for updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
